There are always choices, including several American favorites like oatmeal, eggs, fresh fruit, whole grain cereals, etc.

If you’re looking for a healthier breakfast that’s still filling and will last you the day, then you could try something like a banana with toast and apple butter, or maybe some turkey sausage with buckwheat pancakes and fresh squeezed orange juice.

For lunch just try to keep things as normal as possible. Maybe have a sandwich with some orange slices and a packet of cheese crackers.

Dinner is the true test of will, but that doesn’t mean it has to be unpleasant. Just don’t weigh down your body with unnecessary and over-sized entrees, and keep your sides and desserts small too.

Just follow the three step system, and you should be feeling healthier and more energetic in no time.
