How To Pick The Proper Foods At Fast Food Joints

Recently, my friends and I stopped at a fast food restaurant to eat.Sometimes fast food places are unavoidable, even though I don’t like them. It’s hard to get healthy foods to eat at a fast food restaurant.

Stay away from breaded items like chicken patties, nuggets, and fish as well as deep fried items like hash browns and French fries. Leave the soda alone too. These items are loaded with poisonous trans fats from the hydrogenated oils used in the preparation problem.

As I’ve mentioned before, even just one gram per day of trans fats can have damaging effects. If you think that’s bad, think about the fast food meal with chicken that has about 10 grams of trans fat. Then add in a pie or a cookie and you’re over 13 grams of trans fat.

This is just one meal. Think about the effect of all this trans fat over time. The people that eat 20-30 grams of trans fat every day probably don’t understand how they are hurting themselves.

It’s up to you to take charge of your own health in these situations. Getting back to eating the least evil fast food meal, you should always ask for water rather than a soda. These may not be some ways that show you how to lose weight fast, but they can minimize the danger of fast food.

If you want, you could choose unsweetened tea so you can still avoid the extra belly fat associated with soda.

For a fast food breakfast, your best choice is egg, ham, and cheese on an English muffin. A fruit and nut salad is also good for breakfast. The best lunch options are chili, grilled chicken, or a plain cheeseburger.

The most important thing I want you to do is to stay away from the soda, fires, and other deep fried foods.

If you saw the “Super-Size Me” movie, you saw how the fast food diet destroyed the one man, but another guy seemed to be unaffected. The difference was that the healthier guy never eats fries or soda.

Whenever you are in a fast food restaurant, remember to make the most healthy choices.
